Every project benefits from a dedicated QA Consultant who partners with the team to support quality planning, risk management, and handling of non-compliance. We use tools like the Study Quality Plan and Risk Assessment as part of our standard approach, and we create them together with our clients to ensure they are tailored to each project’s needs.
While the conduct of audits and support of inspections are part of our broader capabilities, our true added value lies in consultative QA support - helping teams prepare for regulatory scrutiny, effective CAPA management, and navigate complex quality challenges with confidence.
SCOPE’s Training Management Team evolved from our Quality Management Group and is now an independent department overseeing employee training, developing location- & group-specific plans, and enhancing training tools & programs. As a central unit, it ensures timely training completion worldwide in close collaboration with Quality Management. Regular exchanges with all SCOPE departments help identify training leaders, efficient tools, and relevant hot topics.
